Everything is made to order. The time between placing your order and the order shipping will vary between products and quantity ordered.

General lead times:

Concrete items - 5-6 days minimum

Styling Mats - ~1 week

Although items are made-to-order, occasionally there will be some items ready-to-ship. For specific, real-time information on a product please contact me using the contact form or by email to info@floretandfringe.com.

Mats are final sale and not returnable.

Concrete items may only be returned if within 48 hours of delivery date per the tracking. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you do need to make a return, please send an email to info@floretandfringe.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the item(s) have been returned and if (and only) they are received back in new condition, unused and not damaged in any way then a refund (not including shipping) will be refunded. If an item is damaged upon return, the refund will be adjusted for any damaged pieces.

Orders are packed with absolute care to ensure concrete items do not break during shipment. If an item is broken upon delivery, please send an email to info@floretandfringe.com with a photo within 24 hours of the order being delivered. After that time frame, it will be assumed this was a result of user handling.

I do not offer wholesale at this time.

Mats can be stored in the tube it comes in. Do not fold, step on or place heavy items on your mat. Remove any water on an element before placing it on the fabric (ie a bridal bouquet/flowers). If water does get on the mat, blot gently with a dry cloth and let dry completely before rolling back up and storing.

Mats are made with upholstery grade fabric and are spot clean only.

All concrete items are for indoor use only (or temporary outdoor events, such as a wedding reception or dinner party).

Dripless or flameless candles for taper holders are highly recommended. See listing description for more detail.
